We love Fitness Fight Factory! The Coaches and staff welcomed my girl with huge open hearts and enthusiasm. She is in the kickboxing class and they got her comfortable with things right off. She has never felt out of place or left behind. She actually wishes the boys in class would hit her harder. And they are starting to take her seriously and do it! She looks forward to class each time and we hope she really takes to this sport and enjoys it for a while. (But kids change their minds often so we will see.) Update: Aug. 2018 I now have THREE girls loving the F3 gym! Over the past year my oldest switched gears from focusing on kickboxing to being drawn more to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was successfully competing. And then she caught an interest in Boxing and has been giving that a go. So yes, she’s changed her mind but she hasn’t changed gyms or her interest in MMA in general. Being at the gym for my oldest encouraged my middle girl (5yrs) to jump in and try BJJ which she really enjoys. She loves the coaches! And we appreciate them all more than a they will ever know! My middle girl especially enjoys the youth MMA class even though our own school year routine doesn’t allow for us to get to the gym in time for it but she obsessively attended over the summer! And being at the gym so much for the big two and seeing all the fun (& hard work) of all the kids made being near the mats too irresistible for my nearly 3-yr old who now often sneaks out to do warm-ups with the class and is incredibly eager for her own toddler group! F3 is seriously a family oriented gym that pushes hard and has a lot of fun!
